Month 1: Your Success Blueprint
We begin this first month by laying the foundation for your success, from here we delve into alignment and uncover any limiting beliefs that might be hampering your progress.
Define your Vision, Mission and Values: we do this through clarifying the long-term impact you want to create in your business, defining your business's core purpose, along with identifying the principles that guide your decisions and actions.
Reconnect with your 'Why' and set actionable milestones : we do this to understand the deeper purpose behind your business, ensuring it remains your guiding light.
Uncover the limiting beliefs holding you back: asking questions such as - Where do you want to be? Does your business feel aligned? Assessing, visualising and unearth all the potential obstacles and subconscious beliefs that are holding you back.
Month 2: Owning Your Uniqueness & Finding Your Superpower
Month two is all about embracing what makes you and your business unique. exploring everything from your zone of genius to what's stopping you from stepping into your greatness.
Discover your Zone of Genius: we do this through identifying where you naturally excel, and delving into what could transform your business
Overcome procrastination and step into your greatness: this includes getting comfortable with pivoting when necessary, celebrating your unique attributes, and tackling procrastination head-on.
Month 3: Nailing Your Signature Offer
Month three is where strategy and creativity merge as we build out your Signature Offer.
Build out your offer framework: through thorough research and a structured framework we build a tangible offer that aligns with your vision, stands out from the crowd and reflects the value of YOU!
Price your offer confidently and overcome imposter syndrome: we do this through focusing on your self-beliefs, unpacking feelings of inadequacy to confidently set pricing that reflects the value you provide.
Month 4: Money Expansion
In month four we take a shift towards financial strategy, its important to understand what you financial forecasts lok like for future growth but also overcoming those all important money mindset blocks.
Master your cashflow and projections: we do this through developing a comprehensive sales plan, focusing on goals, pricing and that all important cashflow.
Unlock and shift your money mindset blocks: in this section we will be identifying and unlocking the limiting beliefs we have around wealth and abundance.
Month 5: Mastering Your Marketing & Stepping into Your Authority
Heading into month 5, this month is all about establishing your authority within the marketplace, think marketing, strategy, messaging and visibility. This month is jam packed!
Develop a marketing strategy that positions you as a go-to expert: in this all important section we focus on what resonates with your audience, creating a consistent presence across all marketing channels and what is needed to position you as a leader in your field.
Overcome fears of visibility and comparison: this is part of the mindset section for the month focusing on the challenges that visibility brings, boosting your confidence and overcoming comparisonitis.
Month 6: CEO Mindset - Lead Like a CEO
In the final month, we elevate your thinking to that of a CEO. this is the month we bring everything together. From systems and operations to leadership and your personal brand.
Build systems for scale and efficiency: we do this through developing efficient systems that support your business and streamline your operations to scale. Whilst answering those all important questions around delegation and time-management.
Step into your leadership and personal brand with confidence: we do this through mindset work centering on developing the confidence and behaviors needed to be a successful CEO.
